Code of Conduct
Last updated October 20, 2026
Neon is for building cool things and hanging out. Treat people the way you'd want to be treated. These rules apply to how you act, what you say, your username and avatar, and every world and asset you publish.
Not allowed
- Harassment and bullying: targeting, following, threatening, or repeatedly bothering someone, in voice, text, or with your avatar.
- Hate: attacking people for their race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or similar, including hateful symbols in worlds or avatars.
- Sexual content: sexual behavior, sexual or nude content, and anything sexual involving minors. That last one is reported to the authorities.
- Violence and threats: threatening real-world harm, or encouraging self-harm.
- Personal information: sharing someone's real name, address, or other private details without their permission.
- Scams and spam: tricking people, phishing, or flooding worlds or voice chat.
- Cheating and exploits: abusing bugs or tools to ruin other people's time.
- Stolen or illegal content: publishing things you don't have the rights to, or anything illegal.
- Under 13: you must be 13 or older to play.
If someone's bothering you
- Mute

- Block
- People tab, Block / Report, Block. You won't see or hear them, and their worlds are hidden from you.
- Report
- People tab, Block / Report, then pick what happened. Use Report on a world in Explore, or "Report this world" in the This World tab while you're visiting it.
- Hide a world
- Explore, open the world, then Hide this world.
- Leave
- The button at the top of the menu takes you home.
You can also report something on this website.
What happens next
We review every report. Depending on what happened, we may remove a world or asset, warn someone, suspend them, or close their account. Serious cases, like threats of harm or content involving minors, may be passed to the authorities.
